Happy Friday, everyone! It’s cocktail time! 🙂
I usually drink dry white or red wines, the occasional beer, margarita or pink lemonade and vodka. That’s mostly it…I’m pretty boring picky I guess.
On our Colorado trip last week, our super fun cousins Maggie and Nancy made a delicious drink. It was SO AMAZING and it’s my new favorite.
I had to get the recipe from them. Best part…it’s so simple.
You need:
+ A blueberry infused vodka (I used Stoli)
+ A can of San Pellegrino Limonata (The flavor and carbonation are perfect!)
+ Ice
+ Blueberries
+ A lemon
+ Straw (because everything tastes better through a straw)
+ Muddler or simply a wooden spoon
In a glass, muddle some fresh blueberries and a lemon slice together (I don’t have a muddler yet, so I used the end of a thick wooden spoon). Next add ice, pour one shot of vodka and fill the glass with your San Pellegrino, stir and enjoy!
PS. This is how it looks after muddling:
One thing to note: This drink is even delicious with just the ice, blueberry vodka and limonata. The fruit just makes it even better. 🙂
You have to try it this weekend and let me know what you think!
Cheers!

This looks so yummy! I really love blueberry flavored drinks, they're fruity without being too sweet. Can't wait to try it!
Me too Emmie!! So good. Hopefully you like it when you get a chance to try it. 🙂
