DIY // HALF BATH

When we moved into our house 3 years ago this is what our half bath looked like:

So ugly!!
Using the same paint from our dining room update, we quickly painted over the atrocious wallpaper.
I added a couple of ledge shelves and accessories (for under $15) and a shabby chic mirror that I already had. Then I gathered and spray painted a handful of mismatched thrift store frames in the same color. I added some prints/photos that I had on hand….and voilà…and updated half bath for under $20:

Much better!

  1. Hello Audrey! My husband and I are moving into a house that looks VERY much like yours did- with the ugly outdated wood EVERYWHERE. I was feeling very overwhelmed and discouraged about the needed updates…… until I just discovered your blog!!! I want to thank you SO much!! Your ideas and details given are just what I was looking for. I'm SOOO grateful.
