I have been kinda MIA last week…so sorry! We own a rental house that just became vacant, and I’ve spent every evening there flipping it to be put on the market ASAP. I’ve been covered in paint most nights, and have gone to bed exhausted, but it’s staged and almost market ready…whoohoo!!
