My husband Ted and I took the Goodwill Date Night challenge! We visited our local Goodwill store for stylish, affordable Valentine’s Day date night outfits and hit the jackpot!
The best part, shopping at Goodwill also allows you to show love to your neighbors! When you shop at Goodwill, not only are you able to create your own unique style at an affordable price, but you’re simultaneously helping your neighbors in need! Eighty-seven cents on every dollar spent at Goodwill is used to create employment and job training opportunities.
We went as a family and always stop by the gum ball machine so Vivienne can get a treat. We all had a fun time exploring all of the aisles, and everyone found some treasures.
I was in the market for some blazers, jackets, and a hand bag of some sort, and I scored on all fronts with a fun added bonus of a furry vest! And most of the items were even name brand. Whoohoo!
Ted was searching for the perfect pair of khakis and a button down shirt and found both—also name brand.

And I love this clutch—it will go with nearly everything I own. Gold is my favorite neutral after all, ha!

I’ve always had so much good luck shopping at Goodwill and always leave with the best finds. I plan on going back soon to search for more blazers!
